Training - for Breathing, Relaxation, Stress Reduction & Management, Self-Hypnosis



Relaxation Exercise

c.1 hour

An opportunity to experience relaxation. When the body is relaxed, breathing and respiration slow down, the pulse rate slows down, tension drains away from the muscles and other systems slow down to give the body what it needs to replenish and refresh itself. This exercise includes guided imagery, metaphor and deep progressive relaxation techniques.

Suitable for
Groups based in any setting, work or leisure, where there is an interest in exercises to promote relaxation and reduce stress. No previous experience or training is required.


Progressive Relaxation

Half day

This is a gentle introduction to exercises that focus on breathing, deep progressive muscle relaxation, visualization and guided fantasy. The workshop is experiential, devoted entirely to practice exercises to help develop and promote relaxation skills.

Suitable for
Individuals or groups in companies, organizations and institutions who are interested in, or could benefit from, a practical training using exercises to develop progressive relaxation and visualization skills. Participants need no previous training.


Stress Management

Half day


Stress is nature's signal that we need to take a break. This training session introduces practical exercises for developing relaxation and reducing stress. It includes breathing and muscle relaxation techniques to promote relaxation, and positive imagery techniques to enhance learning and personal development.

Suitable for
Applicants interested in learning practical exercises and strategies for managing stress and staying positive and motivated. Groups in companies and organizations interested in learning practical techniques for stress reduction, positive reframing and motivation.


Self-Hypnosis Training


Self-Hypnosis

1 day


This One Day training session introduces self-hypnosis for relaxation and stress management. It is experiential, demonstrates a variety of hypnotic skills, and teaches techniques for developing visualization, imagery, deep progressive muscle relaxation, & self-hypnosis.
The training session does not equip unqualified participants to practise hypnosis on others.

Suitable for
Applicants interested in learning how to practise self-hypnosis to deepen relaxation, reduce stress, and develop positive imagery skills.
